Its unsafe for my family to drive because they they didn't fix it right.
Im not a mechanic but these people are so stupid that they don't know how to do their job right. They didn't do right the first time they didn't do it right the second time. They don't give you any guarantee on their repairs what he was telling me that if the problem is not accident related then i have to pay for the diagnostic test. I even drove my car with their supervisor Chuck so he can personally hear what i was talking about.
After driving it for a day I noticed that there was a noise clicking so I complained and told them its not safe, So they said that they have to replace the LT axle/ Housing, RT mount and front Mount, it took them almost a month i had to follow up so Geico can release the funds that they requested after picking it up i told them the noise is still there the problem that i felt when i was driving it. i picked up my car after they told me its all done. My car was hit on the passenger side I decided to bring it cause it's really close to us.
